DABD (UK), are looking to recruit caring and passionate individuals to join our Personal Support Service team to deliver care to residents living within the boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and Havering.
The organisation supports both Adults and Children with their independence due to a health condition and/or disability. We provide a flexible support service to cater for their individual care requirements.

We aim to provide person centred, individualised services to vulnerable Adults and Children who may need care and support. The services we aim to provide will be responsive, and of the highest standard to meet the needs of the people we care for.
We can provide various aspects of care which include personal care, assisting with medication, PEG feeding, O2/oral suctioning, preparation of meals, domestic, use of all moving & handling equipment including hoists, support with social activities-day trips, holidays & accompanying to youth clubs & sports activities with support to fully participate and a specialised service to assist/supervise with travelling requirements.
We expect our care workers to have a caring, empathetic nature, along with passion and a desire to succeed. Each employee will undertake a full selection process which will include a fully enhanced DBS check and references. DBS payment will be refunded once you have successfully passed your probation period. The employee induction programme supports staff development and is in line with CQC & Ofsted requirements.
Experience preferred although not required as a full training programme is in place which must be completed before lone working. The Care Certificate is accepted; however a copy of the Certificate will be required as proof.
